Thanks for the upload. Also for those using Ubuntu 10.04 or 9.10 and are using Compiz at the same time, you can fix the cursor problem by following these directions:

It works great in Lucid just stick them in the hidden .icons folder in you home directory
There is an old version on here from a few years ago but the spinner/busy animation never worked properly, this one actually works
