Description: Oxyglass is a bit modified version of the original Oxygen theme. In my opinion the new Oxygen panel and taskbar looks better with translucent tooltip and widget backgrounds.
It is the best plasma theme I've ever seen ... I think you have just one more thing to do ... please make the panel transparent too, like the rest of the backgrounds.
Also a note, it is not working with my KDE 4.1.3 on Mandriva 2009, but it is OK in KDE 4.2 RC.
If you don't want, how could I change the panel background? I can do it, but I don't know where to look for the file. Thanks.

Have you contacted the oxygen team about it? I am rating it high and hopefully it might become the default in the future.

To make an svg object (background.svgz) transparent with Inkscape is quiet easy.
