I have the same problem. Restarting desktop effects doesn't help.
Look at the add widget dialog, that's the place where I have seen the oversized scrollbar.
Me gustaría mucho este tema de no ser por las líneas blancas y con degradados en los bordes. En cambio me gusta mucho la simpleza y elegancia de 'Helium' salvo que creo que en color negro iría mejor. De hecho intenté yo mismo cambiando de color los archivos del tema y creo que es un buen resultado (aunque tocaría aumentar la opacidad en cosas como el panel), quizás deberías considerarlo... Pero fue un intento, no tengo mucha experiencia en hacer temas para plasma :P
No creo que lance una versión en negro de Helium, ya que se me haría muy difícil mantener tanto artwork.
Aunque en un principio Xenon iba a ser una versión oscura de Helium, pero por votación de muchos (siempre expongo previas de mi artwork en mi cuenta de G+) quedo en este diseño.

In my opinion, you can stop searching here. It's the best theme by far :) The theme have a same quality sister with only bright versions and nice decorations, called G-Remix. Thanks for the author!
PS: Maybe someone interested: I wanted full transparent widgets on the desktop, so I downloaded an other nice theme, called "Named", and set up as widget background on the details tab.

El menú se llama lancelot y esta disponible en la mayoría de distribuciones

Press shift + alt +12 to stop kwin and then press the same buttons to start again the theme works well screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/NnqR0.jpg
