I'm using Kubuntu with KDE 4.6 SC
I try to install from system setting / Desktop aprarience / Desktop theme /
then placing the name of your theme that you install.
But I think in the list of theme!
will have an installation manual or a package. deb?

you need to place the contect of the package on /home/username/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme/.
