If you, after download, test these files whit file command you can see:
POSIX tar archive,
Only rename Sendtoxxxxx.tar.bz2 to Sendtoxxxxx.tar and voilá

I've downloaded both files and decompressed these with konqueror and mc. Works without problems...
cam you please update the file as anytime i download it, it is corrupt
