Description: In my job, all the computers work with Windows 8 with the exception of mine and now I made my login screen more similar.
You can choose other background colors, just changing the name of background.png file to dark-green.png or green.png.
If you don’t use the list of users, you have to edit the KdmGreeterTheme.desktop and uncoment the line #Greeter=win8nolist.xml and comment the line Greeter=win8.xml to change the xml file. This will show up the user name field.Last changelog:

Hi, i'm trying to install you theme on kubuntu 14.04 and I got the following error:
"Could not load theme configuration file"
Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Ok, it seems that you are still using the user list. If you don't want it, you must disable this option in System Settings > Login Screen > Users > Show list.

Ok, my bad. I was trying to install it on the splash screen configuration page :(
