Description: A simple conky theme to show date and weather information with circle background and music player status Available in 2 variant mpd and playerctl
Instalation see How to apply, if there is an error please read it again. Since there are limitations to API calls from openweather, I suggest creating your own api_key and then overwrite the one in weather-v2.0.sh or weather.sh to avoid error (appears Null ) You can create it free at Openweathermap Check out my profile for other cool conky themes for your desktop...
Note : - I've only tried it on XFCE and Openbox, and everything works flawlessly For some DEs sometimes there are a few problems with themes that use background images (png), until now I haven't been able to provide a solution, so please try experimenting yourselfLast changelog:
2023.Jul.30 v3.1
- Some changes to Weather-text-icon.sh - Some additional line in scripts
Wait nevermind, if I select Chertan2 I can get just the CPU/RAM circle and the music one. I can live with that.
Except now the transparent circle that's supposed to go inside the CPU/RAM one is way off center. Is there a way to fix that? Ubuntu 22.04 (GNOME 42.5)
haha, i guess im just a problem solver!
could you actually tell me how to get it to autorun on startup? im racking my brain here trying to figure it out. nothing's working

Is there any way I can install this with just the CPU circle? I don't want the calendar, mpd or weather widgets.

Alright, I figured it out. Went into rings.lua and changed the x and y offset.
I haven't even had time to reply yet hahaha...
