@L4K1, when reading your description, I ended up with a doubt.
To enjoy the blur effect on your theme it is not mandatory to have kvantum installed, the Force Blur script is enough, or did I get it wrong?
Force Blur forces blur on transparent areas of the theme, that is, where the theme is opaque by default, it will not apply transparency and blur, would that be?

You don't have to install Kvantum to enjoy the blur effect, the "Force Blur" script is enough
The "Force Blur" script will apply a blur effect to all the applications you choose.
Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.
