I had to go into the folder after i had moved it cd /usr/share/icons and renamed the size i wanted to use to cursors mv 24x24 cursors you obviously can do this beforehand if not comfortable with terminal

doesn't show up in cursors
For me they show in icons as ugly icons...lol
