4 …Clashes with CSD firefox.
10 Thanks for this great, indispensable addition to Window Management in KDE Plasma System Settings!
Thanks to you for the rating. I know there are sombe troubles with this extension on versions over KDE 5.21. I hope I have time to fix them soon.
I haven't seen any problems so far although I use KDE neon - with KDE Plasma 5.21.5 at the moment. You probably mean it cannot hide the title bar of certain apps that I don't use?
I have one bug report for firefox (with CSD decorations) and another for any app when the app starts maximized
I've been testing in Kubuntu (KDE Plasma 5.19) and it works as expected but in KDE neon (KDE Plasma 5.21) seems broken. Maybe a kwin API change or some javascript funcionality not supported in new versions anymore.
Well, my Inkscape often starts maximized with titlebar hidden, and I don't see an problem with my latest Firefox either.
Nice! thanks for the help. I'll will test again. Maybe was not a bug on the script but on the kwin side
BTW, I use this script with Latte-Dock Unity layout. I have a top panel which contains Window Buttons widget on the right (plus Window Title and Window AppMenu widgets on the left) that pops up when an app window is maximized. Maybe this combination helps me achieve a better solution.
10 10 because : - it works in all but one program - the author fixed it in a matter of hours, so now 100% functional !
Works properly exept for Jetbrains products (for example with Jetbrains Intellij code editor). The script adds a title bar to each "windows", like code completion : See screenshot : https://imgur.com/08QoD1r
Fixed on version 1.0.3. Thanks for the report!
Thanks to you, it works perfectly now !
Nice script, but I get black windows, whenever I unmaximise a window–but that has probably sth to do with my propriety nVidia drivers.
