If you do not use the Kvantum Theme, For Blur look of the window, I recommend Kwin Scripts: Force Blur, authored by ESJEON, which you can download: Here Last changelog:
My windows' titles only be transparent when the window is maximized, and the windows have no shadow effection. Also, in Kvantum Manager's previewer, the background only be transparent when I select Document Mode
Hi mcredbear,
When you use Kvantum Theme, Install Window Decorations "Blur-Glassy-Kvantum Aurorae Theme": https://www.pling.com/p/1469895/

The Kwin Scipts did nothing (said), and let me show how wired is my destop now: https://postimg.cc/gallery/ZT4K0qk .
Also I found that a maximized window's title became untransparent when it lost focus.

Sorry to my poor network, the text I sent was wrong. Accatuly, both the aurorar Theme and the script did nothing, and the photos I showed is using Kvantum with aurorae Theme.
Ok, but on the screenshot you set up, I see you use Window Decoration "Blur-Glasy-Flat-Aurorae". It is necessary to use "Blur-Glassy-Kvantum-Aurorae": https://www.pling.com/p/1469895/
Thanks ! It looks better now, but still have something wrong. The windows now have a transparent but not blur frame , and still, once a window is maximized, the program bar and its submenu become totally white. See : https://postimg.cc/gallery/grWnthG
Can you walk me through? I've never used Kvantum. I have the manager installed, downloaded the theme and installed, selected "Transparent Dolphin View" saved, but then nothing happens.

Thank You, andrescm90! For applications to be blurry (Dolphin ...), you must install Script "Force Blur", or Kvantum Manager.
