Description: This is a latest official EQuilibrium window decoration for KDE users.
Theme without edge, but there are min / max / close buttons, also the windows title is back.
Note: For the best experience, first download KDE Look and Feel "EQuilibrium KDE edition Level One Pack eQ" and completely change the Desktop (check Use Desktop Layout from theme) and then give a this new windows decoration. Important: Desktop Effects => Blur (off)

9+++++ This is the best window decoration for me. Clear, simple and beautiful. It should be available in KDE by default.
Because of the variety of possibilities I would wish for this decoration on the basis of Breeze. I use the windows without borders - so I hardly have the possibility to change the window size by mouse.
