Extract the file and copy the extracted file to /home/.themes (if you cant see .themes in home then click show hidden files if you still cant see it create one , just create a foler called .themes and then copy it there) and then download unity or gnome tweak tool to set the theme up but if you are in linux mint then go to settings and go to themes and you should find it there, if you still not able to figure it out feel free to tell and i will give you my facebook so you can PM me and i will do it for you throught Teamviewer or anydesk or follow this tutorial :)
