sli(ghtly) m(odified) U(buntu) G(nome) is a personal project based on sli(ghtly) m(odified) Advaita theme and a modified White shell theme. Featuring dark app icons and original circle-based window control icons, a curated painting backgrounds collection.Last changelog:
Dommage !
While I haven't tested this theme, I do like the blurry look to the panels. However I'm skeptical if they are static images or a legitimate background blurr tool? I think GTK4 is going to introduce such a feature.
It's actually a gradient applied to both panel and dock, two scalable svg backgrounds, not static images.
The gradient is taken from here: https://uigradients.com/#Moonrise.
The background is taken from here: https://pixabay.com/en/adventure-clouds-cold-dawn-dusk-1850239/.
The only "trick" here is the perfect match of the panel and the dock gradient with the background image.
There is actually a collection of backgrounds matching the gradient, in the .theme folder.

Thanks! Icon theme name is slimAdwaita, my own. I'm adding icons to it for the apps I'm using most, 31 so far.
