3-Up and down arrow work if you single click, but if you hold them, the are permanently sticky and cannot be overridden (if you push and hold down, your display will be set to 0, pushing up or manually entering a value will fight it, but it will continue to be pushed toward zero). No way to stop this other than to close the app and manually reset the values.
