Description:
VLC Playing is a small extension that saves artist and title of the song you are currently playing to a text file.

Can be used together with any software that can read input from a text file, for example OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) which was my use case when implementing this extension.

Added checks for nil values and localized all variables. Will only listen to input changes now. Hopefully this solves the stability issues I noticed with the first version.
