Description: Simple, no-frills theme with warm gray tones for GTK 2/3 based on the “Mist-Redmond” theme:
https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1013685/
The GTK2 theme is nearly identical to Mist-Redmond, except for the different theme color (green instead of blue).
The GTK3 theme was written from scratch to match the GTK2 theme. Version 1.0 is made for GTK+ 3.20. Older GTK3 versions are not supported.
The GTK3 window decoration style is designed to resemble the Xfce “Wallis” window decoration theme.
For debugging purposes, the default style for unkown elements in the GTK3 theme is strikingly colorful (yellow-magenta with thick red border). If you encounter elements with this style, please send a bug report to the author with your GTK+ version, the application and the element that shows the bug and preferably a screenshot. (To find out your current GTK+ version, run “gtk3-widget-factory” and check the “About” dialog from the menu in the upper left corner.)
Fedora 27 GTK version 3.22.26, mate-panel shows yellow panels, red separators and workspace switcher. Caja shows a pitch black background. https://i.imgur.com/aWnvgu5.png
I wanted to use this beautiful calm theme, but when I did all the elements of my desktop turned into insufferable red and yellow colours nicely enriched with pink font :<
Yesterday I switched to Ubuntu 16.04 (from 14.10). I use Gnome shell 3.18.5, GTK2 2.24.30-1ubuntu1, GTK3: 3.18.9-1ubuntu3.
Not critical, just to let you know.
Hi Retsu, this theme is really not made for GTK+ 3.18 since there are too many differences between 3.18 and 3.20. I plan to keep up with future GTK+ releases but do not have the resources right now for backwards compatibility.
Hi, and thanks for that theme!
I use the GTK2 them only but I see a small bug:
When I hover the mouse over the vertical scroll bar handle, it disappears! (the handle)
Thanks in advance, nice theme!
Hi fblais, thanks for the bug report and for trying out two Linux systems. Is it a particular program that shows the glitch (which one?) or every GTK2 program on Linux Mint 18 XFCE?
I tried Linux Mint 18 Xfce (64-bit) out but could not reproduce the error. Also, Firefox appears to be a GTK3 application. Here are the version numbers from my Live DVD:
GTK2: 2.24.30-1ubuntu1
GTK3: 3.18.9-1ubuntu3
Thunar: 1.6.10-2mint1
Firefox: 47.0+linuxmint1+sarah
I'll try harder to find the error if you send me a screenshot showing the problem.

Additionnal info: Linux Mint 18 XFCE I'm trying it with LMDE2 MATE now, and it doesn't show that bug. (still using the GTK2 theme)

I've noticed it in Thunar, but also in Firefox if I remember well. Probably in all GTK2 programs. Thanks!

I'll check it again tonight. I'm mostly in LMDE2 MATE these days.
Ok, tried it yesterday night. It seems okay now, sorry. Maybe I was trying the Openbox WM when this happened. Cheers! François
