I have Gentoo, but installing themes should be identical in other distributions. Just unpack your themes in one folder, run KBFX Configurator and set your default folder.
Yes, all those buttons are clickable. It's just SuperKaramba theme listed in description. You can download it and make similar buttons for yourself quite easily.
