Kamera allows you to take photos with your webcam on Linux.

Actually it should work on another operating systems but I didn't try. It depends on pyqt4, python-imaging and opencv libraries.
Last changelog:

2009-01-08 (v0.3):
- Fixed small image problem with some webcams
- Last taken photo is shown in the left now

I suggest to change the name - there is something like kamera in kde. Maybe the name qamera?
