Gtk+ User Interface Builder Gazpacho is based on Glade-3 but it's rewritten in Python being much more easier to develop and to maintain. It also has a slightly different user interface.

Currentily it has support for UIManager menus/toolbars, python widgets, unit tests and a bunch of other things
