Basically it allows you to easily control services. Very very simple.
Currently only for Gentoo's service directories, so if you use another distrobution, you'll have to edit the initial combo variable to suit your needs.

care to explain why some people put Gnome apps on here? To be serious, it's because I plan on making this into a Qt/KDE GUI.
