fairly simple setup, but nice and clean.

I have my main panel 100% transparent with transparent work space pager and taskbar on right. On the left I have the normal application icons with a konqueror profile accessor on far right. After that i have a quick launcher with all my system stuff.

The top panel is a current applications bar (a la Mac OSX) with the Kmenu to the far left. Far right is the framed clock with system tray to the left. I'm still working on the small details so give me some suggestions...
