While in this alpha version collected only icon sizes 16x16, 22x22, 32x32. It is most important icons sizes (for me).
I'm use Gnome icons theme and make many icons own. Also I try make fully adaptation for KDE considering many services notifications, toolbars, menus, applets and aplications of KDE.
For fully "GNOME" effect you can tune Style, Window Decoration, Color like GNOME manager.
For install you can unarchive this file into ~/.kde/share/icons. If folder "icons" not exist in "~/.kde/share/"you must create it there. Then you can use ControlCenter -> Appearance & Themes -> Icons...

nice, but this is not the Gnome Icon Theme, it's Tango.
