The file seems to be a .tar.gz file but in fact, it is a .tar file. Then, to uncompress it, you have to do a :
tar -xvf 9682-Sparkling.tar.gzIt will be maybe corrected soon by his author...
i can't get the theme to work. If i copy it to ~.kde/share/apps/ksplash/icons it doesn't work and if i copy it to /usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes and do a Themes.rc file it tests fine but even though i set it as default theme it just doesn't load. What should i do ?. btw i have kde 3.2.2
