Description: This is based off of the AquaFusion icon splash screen, the (wonderful) See-Hear-Speak wallpaper, and some icons, notably the TuxNTosh icons. I just made it for personal use, but I decided I might as well put it on the web. It's my first try at any "skinning" stuff, so it might suck, I don't know.
I really like the idea, however the background on the splash screen needs work. If you can improve the background, I think it would be a major step forward.
Also, for your image bar, maybe something like the Crystal Penguin icons would be better since the colors and images fit more closely with your main splash image.
