This is a KDE-splash. Slack-Wolf is not a distribution. This is a name of my "Group KDE features"
To install:
tar xvjf slack-wolf-splash.tar.bz2
su
cp slack-wolf-splash/* /opt/kde/share/apps/ksplash/Default/

P.S
You must have backup of Default splash
