Description: Custom SDG menu buttons for use with gnome or w/e you like. All in PNG format. Also included are a few colored gradient bar for use as menu BGs.
Usage: To set the custom menu graphic, you need to open the Configuration Editor under the "System Tools" menu - or for you hardcore types, "gconf-editor" at the command line. Go to apps->panel->objects and you'll see a series of object_x subitems. Click through them until you find the one where the value for "object_type" is "menu-object". Check the "use_custom_icon" option and then set the "custom_icon" value to the path to your custom button graphic, i.e. "/home/username/Pictures/ubuntumenu.png". The graphic should update immediately.
Sorry mate...perhaps it is the file type...if it fails or tries to open in browser, either create an association to an application, ie. archive mgr, or right-click the link on the DL page that says click here if the DL doesn't start etc...and select save as. It is a .rar file archive. once DL'd open with archmgr and extract where you like etc...
hope that helps mate.
