Ho i see, but it's not a good idea, we must draw a new icons button for new gtk 2 theme to match it

it matches the default gnome colored panel perfectly..that's what i made them for.

May be it isn't a plugin. Simply you can add to the panel an icon that, if clicked, run a command-line option for your music player (I did this with beep-media-player) Sergej

Probably you don't need a plugin, for instance you can control XMMS with console commands - Rewind: xmms -r Play: xmms -p Pause: xmms -u Stop: xmms -s Play/Pause: xmms -t Forward: xmms -f For amarok and other players, it might be similar.
