This theme works nice in 1280x1024 resolution but I not try in others.
Screenshot not looks exactly like in real becose I don't know how make KDM screenshot, so I make it in GIMP.

Add this line to your /usr/kde/_VERSION_/share/config/kdm/Xsetup: sleep 30 && import -window root /tmp/kdm.png & You need imagemagick installed for that. Then log out and after 30 seconds you will have a screenshot in tmp. Log in again and comment this line out.
Sorry, just one correction. I've found out that for some reason *.png is not working on my system. If this would be the same on yours try jpg.
