I'm using this now. I made an aero background, but it only works with no CPU 2 and no eth1. If anyone is interested and if I'm allowed, I'll upload it. Only thing that bothers me is that you have to double click buttons for amaroK. I checked the code and the button part is same as Subtle Tunes (where you don't have to double click), so I don't see what's the problem.
if you ask me you have permission to post it and there is no problem with the buttons the only thing you have to do is lock the theme that must take care off the problem off double clicking on the amarok buttons. GREETINGS FROM A LININSPIRED FREAK :-)
well, the amaroK double click problem is also with the original kubuntu monitor theme.
sry, I misread your post. Locking the theme fixes the double-click problem. And, ok, I'll upload the theme

I wonder if I might be able to modify it, to watch my CPU temperature instead of GPU. It does tend to overheat... :/
great theme, though i might have a couple 'o things to add: when you don't have nvidia based card installed, the "gpu-section" fires up a hell of a load of errormessages, watch it when starting superkaramba from a shell. 2nd i tweaked the intervall section of cpu speed. cause on a notebook one might be interessed in sudden update while using speedstep technoligies. 3rd: on a dual or quad core cpu it might not be sufficient to cat /proc/cpuinfo because grep catches and returns only the first line that reads "cpu mhz". a x-core cpu may have different speed-stats, thus you need to grap the output of i.e. /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu"X"/cpufreq/cpuinfo_cur_freq whereas cpu"X" mean cpu0, cpu1 and so on. nevertheless, great theme dude, keep it up! greeting
Maybe you can change it for persons ho don't have a nvidia card and post it here on kde-look.org ?? :-) And thanks for your comment.
I love this theme. Best Karamba theme I have ever seen. I notice for my system a couple of problems though. 1) The Song Title overlaps the Album Cover 2) The Amarok buttons don't work. I took the whole Amarok part out and replaced with all of my Partitions. Simply amazing. :)
thanks for the comment strange that the buttons don't work i have no problem with it .
Make sure that Amarok is started before using the kubuntu monitor and make sure that you lock the position off the Kubuntu monitor than you can solve the problem off the buttons
