Description: This will display a countdown timer to a given event.
Use the "configure theme" menu to set the date/time, name of the event and various other options. It'll do the rest!
This is my first SuperKaramba widget and my first Python program... so take it with a grain of salt.
If there's anything you think needs to be added/fixed, let me know.Last changelog:
1.1 - Added ability to change the background image - Event text is now "rich" text, so you can add formatting - Added "Bold Theme" so you can bold the countdown and event text
i think it would be good if you could just add the time for the count down. For example: i make tea every day and i need a 2 min timer, so i just want to add "2 min" and nothing else.

Very good Karamba theme btw - it is most excellent, especially for your first python app (I am learning python in the moment, and Karamba themes are the things I am hoping to code later).
Also, it is cool to see a theme that is not a system meter for a change. :)

Any thoughts on how you would like to enter the time? Would plain text like 10:20:20:30 (for 10 days, 20 hours, 20 minutes and 30 seconds) work?
sure. if possible, make templates. so you could just trigger a timer you often use.
