Description: Someone saw this in a screenshot of mine and asked me for it. I can't remember if I made it or if I downloaded it from kde-look so I just posted it. Sorry if it's a repost and if it's your work let me know so I can give you credit.
Yes it does look similar :-). Now that I think about it, I think what I did was get a Vista screenshot and cut the image our of the Vista taskbar and scale it the way I wanted it. It was a while ago, I can't completely remember.
