If you haven't done so already, install KBFX from www.kbfx.org. I'm assuming you have KDE's kicker running in XFCE. Once you've added kbfx to the kicker, configure kbfx's start button to use the png's in this package. I've never tried using kbfx in xfce, so I'm not sure if it'll work.
