While making fun of Windows is okay, I believe that this artwork isn't very good. First of all, the inclusion of "lol" ruins it, because it makes you sound like one of those annoying people that constantly repeat things like "lol", "OMFG", and "hahahaha". Second, like MaxQ said, "The execution is not good either, so the result is very painful on the eyes and mind." Take a look at some other wallpapers and give it another shot. I think you may have what it takes to make a better wallpaper.
That reminds me of my oldest niece whenever I'm chatting with her online -- she says "lol" a lot online (and so do I -- LOL -- I couldn't resist!)
Anyways, I'd like to see this larger so that it's the proper size for wallpaper -- at least 800 x 600 if nothing else (I use 1024 x 768 personally)

c'mon, give the creator a little credit. As my old art teacher used to say, "it's not about the art itself, but rather about the story it tells." Or the idea it portrays.
When you first look at it, for all you in the linux world, you probably didn't even realize the smirk it made on your face.
Don't look at it for its weak graphics, but rather for the creative idea the author was trying to portray.
