It's program like Punto Switcher, but has other functionally and features.
XNeur work with Belarusian, English, French, German, Kazakh, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian.
KXNeur have translations on English, Russian and Ukrainian.
Last version can get from svn:
svn://xneur.ru:3690/xneur/xneur and svn://xneur.ru:3690/xneur/kxneur
PS KXNeur not work without XNeur
PPS XNeur homepage ( http://xneur.ru ) on Russian only
0.9.1
-----
- fix bug with Processing Mouse Events
- add keyboard log
PS this is last version for KDE 3.x
=====
0.8.0

- add German and Kazakh dictionaries
- add sound for events (using openal or gstreamer) and add sound events page (*.src.rpm for RHEL/CentOS 5 are built without sound by default, for change it -- edit xneur.spec )

- now if a version of the file ~/.xneur/xneurrc does not coincide with the version of the program then this file will be automatically renamed in xneurrc~ and a new file will be created instead of it.

Are there any plans for KDE4 KXneur?
I voting for this too! Please!
Thanks for this program, it will replace kkbswitch on my gentoo system. Please fix ukrainian flag, current flag in version 0.6.2 is wrong.
Nice replacement for gxneur in my kubuntu :)
Excellent work.
I voted "negatively" but NOT because the app is bad - but because the english stuff must be improved a LOT first :)
in-place conversion of text typed in with a wrong keyboard layout When users work in multilingual environment (e.g. Russian+English), they sometimes type in text with wrong keyboard layout. In auto mode XNeur can automatically detect language of word user typed, switch keyboard layout and convert word from one keyboard layout into another. In manual mode user has ability to convert last typed word or some selected text with hot-keys. The main idea of this utility is similar to Punto Switcher for MS Windows. For now XNeur support English, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, French and Romanian. Homepage: http://xneur.ru
Uhm... It would be really great if you included some sort of description. Preferably in english. The link goes to a page in russian, the "Type" is simply "KDE Improvement" and a google search for "X Neural Switcher" returns a ton of pages... in RUSSIAN!
I not write xneur daemon and not create xneur site. I write KDE front-end and I propose some capabilities for xneur daemon only. Authors of xneur see in file AUTHORS in xneur source (now this's Andrew Kuznetsov and Nickolay Yankin).
Great stuff! Just wondered why there are no many comments and thanks. Excellent work.
Didn't try it yet. But I'm really excited to :)
