Requirements
You need the gtk2 pixbuf theme engine. On Debian based distributions install it with: sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-pixbuf
Install
Just extract the archive to $HOME/.themes/. Then select it in Configuration -> User Interface -> Theme (Xfce4).
For the xfwm theme go to Configuration -> Window Manager -> Style and select CodersDarkTheme.

The xfwm theme is based on Neutronium (http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Neutronium-Xfwm4?content=46566) and Cobra OSX (http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Cobra?content=58699).
The metacity theme is based on Neutronium Unity (http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Neutronium+Unity?content=59189) and Cobra OSX (http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/Cobra?content=58699).

I've been using this theme for quite a while, and I really like it. Very nice.
I don't normally care for dark themes, but I have to say I like this one. :-) Thanx!

This is a GTK2 theme. So just extract the archive to $HOME/.themes It should looks like this. $HOME/.themes/CodersMidnightTheme/ $HOME/.themes/CodersMidnightTheme/index.theme $HOME/.themes/CodersMidnightTheme/gtk2/ $HOME/.themes/CodersMidnightTheme/gtk2/... Now select the theme in Settings -> User Interface -> Theme (in xfce).
I just installed this and yet I don't see it listed in the Themes window?
Look in the "customize" area. Sometimes that's where they go.
