The difference is only in the metacity theme. As the names suggest, GorLila is based on Gorilla and SimpLila is based on Glider (formerly SimplySmooth)
The GTK+ theme is the same. Based again on Glider.

That said, I've just installed the Lila theme from the website, and love it! Makes me think of the Milka cow. :)

What's the difference between the two themes ? I can't figure it out.
Oh and I forgot : I love this theme ... very smooth, very pleasant to the eye.
