This is because of the Oxygen engine - it's rather buggy when it comes to rounded corners. It bothered me too so I changed it to vrunner and played a little with the settings. Got the same result (I think) but without the glitch in the corner - http://www.sendspace.com/file/varzza
Emerald Themer -> Select Theme -> Edit Themes -> click on vrunner -> choose the frame tab -> click on round top right corner.
Now everything is perfect.

In your screeny it looks like the left top hand side of the border is slightly messed.

That's another and easier option, but I wanted to preserve the slightly rounded corner ;)
