Dude, I don't want to be rude ,but most people here can do that with the f*** paint. Please try using Gimp, Inkscape etc. for that kind of stuff before using Blender. Thank you for sharing ,but my vote is negative for now. Sorry about that. Looking forward for the next Blender project. Good luck.
