I suggest you add an S to the end of scene. It should be: behind the scenes.
The daemon you are using is not (c) by mckusick, it was created by Poul-Henning Kamp and is licensed as beer-ware. See http://www.freebsd.org/art.html
read this http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/src/share/examples/BSD_daemon/README?content-type=text/plain He is (c) holder
If I draw a picture than I own the copyright to it, no matter whats on it (basically). Trademarks are something different, but afaik there are no trademarks involved, To make it more clear: I cannot draw a purple dog, called it the soulrebel-dog and demand that all other people using images of purple dogs follow my idea of copyright. Copyright only protects actual works of copyrightable material. If PHK drew the picture and did not transfer any copyright of it to McKusick, than McKusick does not own any copyright on it.
OK, but Beastie that i use is Exact copy of Beastie that he has copyrights.... Only thing i did, was: I made it svg.... (with drawing over original Beastie) Anyway, he now has sources, and i don't have problem with that at all, since my nickname is mentioned on my wallpapers :D
nice
thanks
