I made this theme because I wanted something dark with colorful buttons to match my interests
Numix Frost and Mediterranean where great inspirations and I used elements from them.
You can see how it looks like in the screenshots, it contains XFCE4, XFWM4 and XFCE4 notifications theme that you can see how they look like in the screenshots

What must I install after a raw arch installation to get my system looking like the first screenshot? Which packages?

No problem, that's a good idea, I'll add that too. Just give me some time, we're painting the walls of some rooms in the orphanage where I volunteer, once we finish I'll have time to make the blog post :)
