By minimalist I mean with no, or small borders and with no titlebar.

Maybe I didn't searched enought :) I only found this one : http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php/xfwm4+Simple+Thin+Borders?content=153767 But I didn't liked the colors, and the border weren't thin enought, in my opinion.
