Description:
Mac style one, close-hide-maximize, left sided.
Doesn't work right when your buttons order is not the same as noted above.

1. Untar the file into ~/.themes
2. Settings Manager> Window Manager> Style
3. Select Telecaster
Last changelog:

1.1: Modified to pick up the colors from GTK theme. Added Sticky, shade and menu buttons.
