Murreza
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Requires: Murrine engine (0.90.3+).
I borrowed a lot of ideas from others while making this theme. Specifically, a lot of credit should go to the author of the Shiki-Colors suite.
0.1: Intial upload.
0.2: Removed the Nocturnal sub-theme, changed some colors (scrollbars and buttons), and added an alternative version without the Rezlooks engine.
0.3: Removed Rezlooks dependency (alternative version became main version).
0.4: Updated some depreciated syntax.
0.5: Cleaned up the code and enabled gradients for buttons.
0.6: Added some comments, cleaned up the code some more, and enabled stripes in the menubar by default.
0.7: Tweaked some settings and added a file to theme the XFCE panel to better match Murreza. (3rd screenshot)
0.8: Changed the color of the panel (lighter), and added support for gnome's panel (can't test this).
0.9: Added an alternative color scheme that's easier on the eyes.
1.0: Tweaked a few settings, removed space from folder names, and made it compatible with latest Murrine GIT. *Edit: Silent update; I tweaked a few more things.

If someone is interested, then there is a version for GTK3: https://yadi.sk/d/2SjVrfUPIreBYQ (The file is located on a cloud hosting and contains the original Murreza theme and the GTK3 theme for Murreza).

Hello, I have problems with this theme and some tray icons: http://img696.imageshack.us/img696/7192/trayu.png Also open office problem: http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/9500/openoffice.png Please, tell - how to fix this?
with your last updates, can it be that you changed the base color to a slightly more blue-ish tone, or is that my screen/eyes playing tricks on me? i'm not sure what changed, but for some reason it feels less 'right' compared to when i first installed murreza, it has more of an MS-windows feel to it now..
I recall changing something related to the Silver version, but I changed a lot overall. If you happen to find an older version of the theme, let me know and I'll take a look.
Hi i have a problem with firefox menubar text color. I can't see it.. But this theme looks fantastic anyway..
Sorry, I'm using the Firefox nightlies which seem to have fixed this problem. So I didn't noticed. You can download and move this file http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?mijdmz1qwmu to the ~/.mozilla/firefox/*.default/chrome/ folder. The .mozilla folder is hidden in your home directory.
that's fine... it worked.. cheers..
This is a really nice theme. I used to use all semi-dark themes (dust, my own personal edits of dust) plus hydroxygen icons. This theme is the first light and simple theme made me like the tango style. Thanks for making this.
Thanks for the feedback :P
Very nice! Btw, what is the name of the Metacity you are using in that picture?
That's not metacity, it's xfwm. That's the default theme in xfce 4.6. :P
I was afraid of that, I use xfce on my server and was wondering if someone made a metacity out of it :(
Wanted to say thanks for this gtk theme - it's killer. Also wanted to let you know that I've created an openbox theme to compliment the GTK and was hoping to get permission to release it using the name 'Murreza', since it's based on this theme and you did come up with the original name. you can find the screenshot here: http://synorgy.deviantart.com/art/12-14-08-Desk-106313643
Wow, that looks awesome! Feel free to use the name Murreza for whatever you want to; it's just something I came up with quickly. :P
