This seems to be yet another theme where the so called author has not given credit like most of this guys stuff.
It seems to be based off of this:

He hasn't even bothered to renove the original authors name from the gtkrc file which is lassekongo83 search for the name and get the original.
This is the official Mint-Z theme!! I took it from a deb file!We used to have this theme on previous Linux Mint releases but for no clear reason they've removed it! This is a very famous theme and everyone knows it !!!!!

At least you could put a link to the author's theme... I can't understand the ignorance.
