I can also state, that your Icons look cool indeed and I would like them also.
But there is one big hint:
your theme is not installable. Everytime I get the same Error-message, as also reported by the other users here. The message sais, that this theme does not seem to be a valid theme.
Please check your packing an your theme for possible errors. It would be nice, if you would make this theme installable and working.

The icons look wonderful, but you should probably follow the standard Gnome format for creating an icon theme pack. As it is right now, each icon needs to be installed manually!
Sorry, but it's not worth spending hours making sure each and every filetype has the right icon.
