Description:
A port of my Playstation Emerald theme by popular request - now you can actually run this theme on a Playstation!!
This is my first metacity theme. It was fun (and a bit of a pain at times!) learning how to build metacity themes, and I'm sure that I can make a lot of improvements on this theme, so there should be a few more updates to come.
Hope you enjoy it - any feedback or comments are welcome.

I registered just to comment. this met.thme is awesome. i do want to suggest perhaps making the header a bit thinner and buttons "Glow" rather than reflect light when you press them. it would look better.
Great!
Thanks for all the feedback. I will be coming back to this theme soon and hopefully implement a few of the changes suggested and also some other improvements to make this theme even better. cheers, DAZ
I really like it! Very creative and fun.
How about a thinner border? i think the actual one is a little thick. Aside of this, Its very original!
Could you swap the square and triangle buttons round? The square looks more like a maximized window and if the triangle was in the right orientation it would look like a minimize arrow.
I agree, that totally would make more sense!
That's exactly the first thing I thought when I saw the screenshot. Anyway I suppose you could simply rename the image files containing the art for the buttons and switch their names
great work. but create a small version of your metacity engine.in my resolution (1024x768) is very big. thanks
I'll certainly have a go at making a thinner version when I've finished this one. Have you got any ideas about what sort of dimensions you'd like? DAZ
Now that is one helluva first try! Amazing port mate! Rated gud! can we xpect the port of google inspired emerald as well?
My next job is to have a play at doing a port of the Googol theme. Like I said, I'm still trying to figure some of the intricacies of metacity out, but its actually quite good fun when you get going. I'll start work on Googol soon and have a few other ideas too. Thanks for the vote! DAZ

Nice!! i'll use it under my ps3.
Thanks. I'd love to know how you get on with running this on a PS3... DAZ
Your first-tries amazes me, great job on this one as well! Count on my vote!
Thanks again! I'm not sure this counts as a first attempt as all the buttons are exactly the same as the emerald theme, but learning how to do metacity themes wasn't a trivial task! Loads and loads of settings in one giant xml file!! DAZ
very good theme i love and adopt it
Thanks! I think there will be more improvements as I improve my metacity knowledge, so keep a lookout for updates. I hope that you enjoy using it. DAZ

Thanks for the positive feedback! I enjoy making and contributing themes and hope you enjoy using them. DAZ
