Description:
Ultra minimalistic theme to mimics Plan9's Rio windowing system. It does not support window types, window states and so on, it only recognizes focused state of the windows, it does not have any buttons nor title bar.
It is designed and aimed at the unix geek auditory.
Feel free to edit it and replace the colouring scheme with gtk:* to match better your desktop.
