Extract this folder to /lib/plymouth/themes

And install theme:
update-alternatives --install /lib/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /lib/plymouth/themes/muslimandproud/muslimandproud.plymouth 90

Now select the theme:
update-alternatives --config default.plymouth

Pick the right one and type in the number to finish

To enable this on login:

update-initramfs -u

To preview:
plymouthd
plymouth --show-splash

(You'd have to switch to VT-7 to take a look (kdm may crash) , or use `fbgrab -c 7 out.png` and view the captured image (apt-get to install it) )
