Installation:
-Make sure Dekorator is installed
-unpack the File in ~/.kde4/share/apps/deKorator/themes/
-System Settings->Worspace Appearance-> select deKorator->configure Decoration->select Kollide-psx
You can also install it directly with the get new hot stuff function from deKorator

The Triangle-Button is for AlwaysOnTop to get this Button:
System Settings->Workspace Appearance->Configure Buttons->Use custom[..] & and configure it for your needs.
